What size should I order?
Freddy is an Italian brand that follows a European measuring chart. What does that mean? Well, for us North Americans it means we need to SIZE UP because Freddy pants fit small. Follow our size chart to find out what size best fits you. To find your size, check our women’s. We recommend selecting your pants based on your bum measurements and see the corresponding FREDDY Size. If you are in between sizes, we suggest choosing a size up. Sizes are fairly consistent across the denim, fashion, and sports range, so you should be the same size in each of these styles. How do you care for Freddy pants?

  • It is essential that you get the correct size FREDDY WR.UP® pants so they can accentuate your figure rather than flatten and overstretch around your buttocks and crotch area. The seams are specifically designed to assist your natural curves and apply pressure to lift the buttocks. If the seams are overstretched it can cause too much pressure and could lead to damaging the pants.

  • It is important to put the FREDDY WR.UP® pants, including the fashion and denim, on as if you were putting on stockings, by gradually rolling up the legs, and not pulling up from the waist or belt loop of the pants. To prolong the wear of your pants it is vital you always undo the zip & buttons when putting the pants on and taking them off.

  • FREDDY WR.UP® fashion pants may give some people the impression they could be used for working out. These pants are not designed to be used while exercising, they are meant to be used after the gym. Try our FREDDY WR.UP® Sport with its D.I.W.O technology if you are looking for something to run, train or work out in.

Laundry Instructions:

  • Always use a gentle, cold machine wash with a mild detergent (those that are considered safe and gentle enough for use on baby clothes) and NO fabric softener.

  • Wash sportswear after each use, as deodorants may bleach the fabric.

  • Do not leave wet. Do not soak. Do not tumble dry. Do not dry clean. Do not bleach

  • Do not iron on or near the silicon membrane.

  • Avoid rough surfaces.

  • Line dry in shade without delay. Do not dry in direct sunlight.

  • Do not use fabric softener as this inhibits the wicking capabilities in technical fabrics.

  • Unfasten any buttons before washing.

  • Wash in a garment bag where possible.

How do I request a return or exchange?
We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their FREDDY purchase, in the unlikely event that you are not in love with our product we will gladly exchange or refund regular-priced new merchandise within 14 days from the shipping date. The item I want is out of stock. What do I do now?
We are very sorry that the item you need is out of stock. If you click on the size of your preferred style, you will see a popup that will let you add your email address to our notification list. When your size, color, and style become available you will receive an automated email sent by our system letting you know that your item is available for purchase. The notification list does not hold an item for you, and it does not obligate you to make a purchase so you are welcome to shop around while you wait. Items are available on a 'first come, first served' basis, so please make sure that you place your order quickly.

Oops! I accidentally made a mistake on my order. What should I do?
If you’ve just finished placing your order, please contact us and we’ll update the order before the order ships from our fulfillment center. If more than an hour has passed, chances are good that our magical warehouse elves have already packed and shipped your order! In either case, please contact us for further assistance so that we can help get your order to you.

How long does it take for me to get a refund?
For most returns to be processed, it takes about 5-10 Business Days for us to get your package at the fulfillment center, inspect your return, process it into inventory, and complete your refund. If the refund is being issued to a credit card, depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 Business Days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

When will my order be shipped? 
Once your order has been placed please allow up to 2 business days for us to process your shipment and send you a tracking number. Holiday Order Processing Times: Due to the high volume of orders during the holiday season orders may take longer to process. All orders are subject to availability and credit verification.

How do I know my order has been shipped? 
Once an order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that contains a tracking number.

How can I track my order?
Once an order has shipped out, we will send you an email with the tracking number. Just click on the link and it will take you to the courier’s website.

How long will it be before I receive my order?
Once your order is approved and ready to ship, it will take 2 - 7 business days depending upon your location. 

What if the item I received is damaged or faulty?

The order I received is incomplete or I received an incorrect item, what should I do?
